How many days to return

Seven days from delivery, if the item is unused with its tags and packaging intact.

What cannot be returned

Underwear, cosmetics and food, for reasons of hygiene.

When the money comes back

Three to five working days after the item reaches us, back the same way you paid.

Who pays delivery

We do if we sent the wrong or a damaged item; you do if it simply was not to your taste.
